We support returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. If the product has been installed and used or is damaged, returns and exchanges are not supported.


Return & Exchange Conditions:

We will be responsible for return postage and replacement costs.

1. Purchased the wrong item or selected the wrong product size.
2. The product is not suitable.

The returned product must have a complete box, all accessories, bills, etc. inside. Products must also be returned in the exact same condition as when they left our warehouse.

Non-refundable items:

3. 30 days have passed since the receipt

Return process:
1. Return application: Contact our customer service staff via email to apply for return.
Your email should contain a detailed description of the problem, photos and videos, and an order number, and we will process a response within 1-3 business days.

2. Returning the product: After the application is approved, please send the product to be returned together with the product list, and return it to the address in the confirmation email. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered goods if they are returned by courier that cannot be found.

3. Return confirmation: After receiving the goods, we will confirm the goods within 1-2 working days.

4. Notification and refund: After reviewing the returned goods, we will inform you within 1-2 working days if there are any other problems and arrange a refund.

If you are exchanging the goods, we will contact you within 1-2 working days after receiving your returned goods, and communicate the exchange address and matters in detail.


Refund situation and method:
Due to customer reasons: If you need a refund after receiving the returned product and confirming it, the refund will be arranged within 1-2 working days after receiving the returned product, and the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Due to the seller's reasons (misdelivery, quality problems, lost in transit), the full payment for the goods will be refunded.

Refund method: After the refund application is approved, if you use online payment, the money will be returned to your current online payment account within 3-7 working days.

If you have not received a refund, please check your payment account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
